AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. You will design and maintain dashboards, model data, and implement reporting across Snowflake and SAP-based sources.

The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, and upper-intermediate English. You will collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and remote teams in an Agile environment to deliver scalable analytics

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports providing clear insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data needs and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake/SAP sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions across teams.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization and analytics for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and KPIs.
