AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that transform enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on Power BI development, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based data sources.

Competenze
- 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
- Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
- Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
- Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into data and technical requirements.
- Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports providing clear insights.
- Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and data owners to identify data and source structures.
- Support onboarding of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across data flow from source to Power BI.
- Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
- Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
- Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
- Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
