AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with Snowflake and SAP-based source systems, plus upper-intermediate English.

You will partner with stakeholders, design data models, and integrate data across Snowflake and SAP sources within an Agile environment. Remote/office options available.

Competenze

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical and data requirements.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
• Experience coordinating or supporting onboarding of data from enterprise source systems.

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with clear insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reports.
• Work with IT to identify required data and coordinate data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
