Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. You will partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, design data models, and deliver scalable analytics across Snowflake and SAP data sources.

This role requires strong Power BI skills, data modeling, SQL expertise, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

4+ years of strong professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and coordinate data availability.
Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the full data flow from source to power BI.
