AgileEngine is looking for a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

The role requires 4+ years of Power BI development, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based sources, plus an upper-intermediate English level.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design scalable data models, and contribute in an Agile, distributed team with remote and office options.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling and DAX.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
Coordinate data availability with source-system owners and IT.
Onboard and integrate data into enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP sources).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
