Darwoft in LATAM is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to join an AI-native team building a modern transaction platform for complex M&A workflows. You will own production software, navigate a large codebase, and employ Claude Code, Codex, and other AI agents to accelerate delivery.

This is a hands-on role with end-to-end ownership across backend, APIs, workflows, testing, and production operations. You’ll work remotely, align with US hours, and shape engineering practices while delivering

Formación

• Production software systems experience, built and operated.
• Architecture, system design, debugging, testing, and maintainability.
• Experience with large or complex codebases.
• Backend or full-stack with modern languages.
• APIs, data modeling, and distributed systems.
• Relational databases and production data environments.
• Automated testing and modern software practices.
• Cloud, CI/CD, deployments, and production operations.
• Ability to work independently with ownership.
• Product-minded with business problem translation.

Responsabilidades

• Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
• Design new capabilities across the SaaS platform.
• Decide on pragmatic architectures as product scales.
• Identify technical debt and reliability risks.
