Agent is seeking a Senior Developer + AI Tech Support to cover day shifts, development, CRM bug fixes, and technical issue resolutions. You will support assessment tools, websites, landing forms, apps, Google server resources, and CRMs for two brands, reporting to the IT Leader.

You will build workflows aligned with department strategies, supporting the Funnel Manager and Investor Relations teams with CRM stability, AI tool usage, and complete tracking of activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support, web development, or automation (or equivalent demonstrated project experience).
• Advanced level of English (native-like).
• Ability to work in a remote LATAM environment and coordinate with US-based teams.

Responsabilités

• Investigate user issues, fix bugs, and maintain CRM fields, filters, and dashboards across multiple brands.
• Support tools and web assets, implement well-scoped changes under direction.
• Diagnose integrations (email, SMS, calendar) across the stack and ensure data tracking accuracy.
