Nortal is seeking a Senior AI Agentic Engineer to design and deliver secure enterprise applications, agentic workflows, and MCP integrations for a US client. You’ll work with domain experts, mentor peers, and help shape technical direction across teams in a self-directed, remote LATAM environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related STEM field.
• 5+ years of software development experience including 5+ years with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Strong skills in React, API development, application architecture, automated testing, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design and build secure enterprise applications with React, TypeScript, Python, and API services.
• Build agentic workflows and MCP integrations connecting AI applications to enterprise data and tools.
• Implement structured outputs, workflow state management, human approval steps, and error recovery.
