Qualifications

Production software experience required.
Strong architecture and system design fundamentals.
Experience with large/complex codebases.
Backend or full-stack with modern frameworks.
Experience building web apps and SaaS products.
APIs, data modeling, and distributed systems knowledge.
Cloud, CI/CD, deployments, and production operations.
Ability to reason through trade-offs and own decisions.

Responsibilities

Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
Design and implement new SaaS features across the platform.
Make pragmatic architectural decisions as product scales.
Identify tech debt, risks, and reliability issues.
Leverage AI coding agents across the lifecycle.
Build and evolve backend services, APIs, data models, workflows.
Contribute across the stack and improve testing and observability.
Collaborate with product leadership to translate business problems into tech solutions.
Help the team increase development leverage with AI-assisted engineering.
