Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional accounting experience, ideally with exposure to US accounting and taxation.
• Experience handling complex tax and accounting inquiries and customer-facing financial support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 2 support for US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies and reconciliations.
• Assist customers with tax notices, filing status, and payroll questions.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify recurring issues to improve workflows and knowledge resources.
