Coverage includes 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET with overlapping US business hours. Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, Zendesk, and AI-assisted workflows is valued.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting experience, ideally with exposure to US accounting and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, tax return review, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Ability to handle complex tax and accounting inquiries and customer-facing finance support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US customer accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies, reconciliations, and transactions.
• Explain tax and accounting topics to nontechnical customers clearly.
