Qualifications

• Professional accounting experience with US accounting/tax.
• Experience handling complex tax and accounting inquiries.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for US accounting, tax, payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting/tax tickets.
• Review bookkeeping discrepancies and reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll questions and processing issues.
• Document resolutions and maintain customer records.
• Learn proprietary platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
