Convoy Finance is seeking an Accounting Manager to own client accounting work for growing tech-driven companies. You will supervise accounting across a portfolio of clients and partner with founders, CFOs and senior finance professionals to deliver accurate, timely reporting.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes understanding business context, identifying issues early and coaching junior staff. Strong English and Big Four exposure are valued, with a fully remote, 100% English work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting, including full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
• Experience in client-facing accounting or advisory environments; Big Four a plus.
• English proficiency; role is 100% in English.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of client accounts with timely accounting and reporting.
• Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close, including reconciliations.
• Review work for quality and consistency across client deliverables.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to advise on accounting matters.
