Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking a Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator for Revenue Systems (SaaS) in a remote capacity. You will audit CRM and revenue platforms, resolve data inconsistencies, and define governance for complex business workflows.

This role requires 4–6 years of CRM experience and strong English communication skills. Ideal candidates will lead CRM implementations, manage data reconciliation, and document system changes affecting billing, CPQ, and ticketing.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar).
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue or operational systems (billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integrations).
• SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience in SaaS environments.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
