Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to work remotely on revenue-critical CRM operations. You will audit and refine CRM data, implement governance for billing, CPQ and ticketing integrations, and document decisions to support scalable SaaS processes.

The role emphasizes cross-system data reconciliation, policy rule resolution, and clear communication in English. Prior SaaS CRM experience and strong automation knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, D365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of CRM objects, flows, validation rules, automation and permissions.
• Experience with revenue/operational systems such as billing, CPQ or ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ and other tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization and governance.
