Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator for Revenue Systems (SaaS) on a remote contract basis. You will support CRM and revenue systems, ensuring data integrity while optimizing workflows and governance across connected platforms.

The role requires 4–6 years hands-on CRM experience, strong knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot, data reconciliation skills, and fluent English communication for collaboration in SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, D365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and decisions.
• Assess impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization and governance.
