Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems in a fully remote role. You will audit CRM and connected platforms, resolve data inconsistencies, and design clear operational prompts for complex SaaS scenarios.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience, strong SQL/APIs skills, and experience with multi-revenue environments. This remote contractor position emphasizes governance and scalable CRM design.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing or integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing and integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and governance.
