PetDesk is seeking a Sr. Support Specialist, Phones for a 100% remote contract. You will diagnose SIP/VoIP issues, manage PBX configurations, and guide clients through resolution steps by phone or screen share.

The role requires 2–4 years in VoIP/PBX support, strong English writing, and the ability to work North American hours from Latin America. You will document solutions for the knowledge base and uphold SLAs.

Qualificações

• 2-4 years of experience in technical VoIP/PBX support
• Solid knowledge of SIP, RTP/RTCP, PBX routing, and call quality issues
• Networking fundamentals including subnetting, VLANs, QoS, and packet captures

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve SIP/VoIP connectivity issues across 15+ client tickets daily
• Administer and troubleshoot PBX systems at call-flow and trunk level
• Remote diagnostics and guiding client staff through resolution steps via phone/screen share
• Provision and configure IP phones for clients across multiple vendors
• Manage client tickets daily, maintain SLA adherence and clear written communication
• Document recurring issues and solutions in the knowledge base
