Job summary

PetDesk is seeking a Sr. Support Specialist, Phones on a contract basis. You will handle complex VoIP/SIP/PBX issues for multi-site clients, working remotely across Latin America with alignments to North American business hours. Strong English communication is required.

You will diagnose, configure, and troubleshoot IP phones, PBX call routing, and network issues, while documenting solutions for the knowledge base to enable scale.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in technical VoIP/PBX support.
• Solid knowledge of SIP, RTP/RTCP, and PBX call routing.
• Familiar with QoS, subnetting/VLANs, and packet capture.
• Experience provisioning IP phones across vendors.
• Strong written English communication for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve SIP/VoIP connectivity issues across multiple tickets.
• Administer and troubleshoot PBX systems at call-flow level.
• Remotely diagnose network issues and guide clients to resolution.
• Provision and configure IP phones for client accounts.
• Manage and close client tickets with clear communication and SLA adherence.
• Document recurring issues and solutions for the knowledge base.
