Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Technical Support Associate to provide first-level IT support across the organization, maintaining service delivery and IT infrastructure support. You will work with incident management and ITSM processes in alignment with ITIL best practices, ensuring prompt incident resolution and effective user support.

Required are 2+ years in IT support, strong Microsoft 365 and IAM experience, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

Education as stated: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Two or more years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or similar IT support role.
Strong knowledge of ITSM concepts and ITIL fundamentals; proficient in incident management and request fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile devices, and network connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve routine technical incidents affecting end users and business operations.
Handle requests for support, installation, configuration, relocation, and removal of hardware/software.
Own and track incidents and service requests through resolution with SLA compliance.
Administer IT service management processes related to Incident Management and Request Fulfillment.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
