Assurant is seeking a Technical Support Associate to deliver first-level IT support across the organization. The role covers hardware, software, telecommunications, and network connectivity, aligned with ITIL ITSM practices.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in tech support, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with Microsoft 365 and identity management tools. Bachelors or Associates in IT/CS are preferred, and fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Computer Science or Engineering.
• At least two years in technical support or service desk roles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and identity/access management tools.
• Knowledge of DNS/DHCP and network fundamentals.
• Understanding of ITSM concepts including Incident Management and Request Fulfillment.

Aufgaben

• Provide first-level hardware, software, telecom, and network support for end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine incidents and service requests.
• Install, configure, relocate, and remove IT assets as needed.
• Own incidents and requests through to resolution per SLAs.
• Maintain ITSM processes related to Incident Management and Request Fulfillment.
• Identify recurring issues and coordinate with IT teams for improvements.
• Communicate effectively with end users throughout the support lifecycle.
