• At least 2 years in customer service, technical support, or similar.
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, or CRM systems.
• Experience conducting platform demos or feature explanations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and document uploads.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs to show key features.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and determine action plans.
• Take ownership from initial contact to resolution, escalating when needed.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer is satisfied.
