SupportYourApp is hiring a Technical Support Consultant to deliver outstanding technical support via emails and chats, build strong customer relationships, and stay up-to-date with evolving tools. The role requires VPS setup, Windows Server administration, and familiarity with trading platforms.
You will collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams in a remote, international environment. Excellent English skills (C1) and a proactive, customer-focused attitude are essential.
Competenze
- Excellent English communication skills (C1).
- Experience in a technical support role.
- Experience with VPS setup and management.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server administration.
- Familiarity with trading platforms such as TradingView, TradeStation, NinjaTrader.
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
- Personal computer with stable internet (≥50 Mbps down / 40 Mbps up).
