Job summary

SupportYourApp in Argentina is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to join a global, multilingual team. You will deliver technical support via email and chat, build strong customer relationships, and stay current with evolving tools in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Fluent English (C1) and hands-on experience in technical support, VPS setup, and Windows Server administration are required. Familiarity with TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support role.
• Experience with VPS setup and management.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader.

• Personal computer with reliable internet (≥8GB RAM, 50 Mbps down / 40 Mbps up).
