Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via email, calls and chats in a professional and efficient manner.
• Assist with D2C and B2B inquiries including password resets.
• Troubleshoot issues in the home app and handle escalations.
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and document interactions clearly.
