SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader seeking a Technical Support Consultant for a short-term engagement with potential long-term collaboration. You will provide technical support via email, calls, and chats, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers step-by-step to resolutions.

Candidates should have excellent English (C1) and at least 1 year in technical customer support, with a tech-savvy mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1) in spoken and written form.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via email, calls and chats in a professional and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot issues with home app and escalations; guide customers through solutions step-by-step.
• Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps clearly; escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Provide a positive, patient, and professional customer experience; manage multiple conversations with accuracy.
