Job summary

1300 Accenture Srl Company seeks a Technical SEO Lead to drive technical SEO across a portfolio of higher education partner accounts and to build Claude-based tools and workflows. You will work remotely for a U.S.-based marketing agency, collaborating with the SEO Lead and Executive Director of SEO on audits, specs, and AI-driven processes.

You bring 5+ years in SEO with a focus on technical SEO, hands-on experience with Claude agents, and strong WordPress knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO, ideally at an agency or across multiple sites at once.
• Deep hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Strong working knowledge of WordPress: themes, plugins, redirects, and schema, enough to spec fixes precisely.
• Advanced, hands-on experience with Claude, including building agents and AI-assisted workflows that others use in real work.
• Clear written communication: write specs developers can act on and recommendations clients can understand.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts.
• Run technical audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, and broken links.
• Prioritize issues by impact and effort, defend those calls.
• Write dev-ready specs for web developers and client teams, then follow through until fixes are released and verified.
• Handle light WordPress implementation: titles, meta descriptions, plugin-level redirects, and schema.
