Bolder Apps - AI Native AgentCy is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead software and mobile app initiatives for US-based clients. You will own delivery across concurrent engagements, bridging clients and engineering teams, including AI-augmented workflows.

Prior agency/consultancy experience and strong communication skills are essential to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball. You will coordinate sprint planning, release cycles, and cross-functional collaboration while

Formación

• 3+ years as a technical project manager in software development.
• Agency or consultancy background with multi-client delivery.
• Mobile app development project experience and understanding of iOS/Android release cycles.
• English proficiency at C1 or above, able to run client calls and write specs.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery for multiple concurrent client projects with distinct scopes, stakeholders and timelines.
• Run day-to-day mobile app development projects: sprint planning, backlog grooming, release coordination.
• Translate business asks into technical scope with the engineering team and communicate constraints to clients.
• Track budget, timeline, and scope; flag risks before they become problems.
• Coordinate QA, staging, and release handoffs to ensure quality releases.
• Maintain current project documentation, specs, and status for quick context transfer.
• Lead client-facing standups, demos, and status calls during US business hours.
• Push back on scope creep and unrealistic timelines with actionable plans.
