TripleTen is hiring a hands-on Project Manager for AI Transformation to optimize content production and growth operations in a fully remote, globally distributed team. You will design, prototype, and scale AI-assisted workflows to remove bottlenecks and accelerate growth funnels.

You will bridge creative and analytical teams, oversee no-code toolchains (Lovable/Typeform/ManyChat), and drive measurable improvements in pipeline velocity and efficiency.

Formación

• 3+ years in project management, operations management, or growth operations with high-volume delivery pipelines.
• Hands-on no-code automation building, testing, and deploying complex workflows.
• Direct proficiency in prompting AI and structuring workflows with foundational models.
• Proven ability to re-engineer manual workflows into lean, repeatable steps.
• Comfort operating without pre-existing blueprints and balancing speed with quality.
• Strong communication to align Copy, Design, CRM and Growth teams.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, prototype, and scale end-to-end AI-assisted workflows for content production and localization.
• Configure and maintain interactive growth funnel lines using Lovable, Typeform, and ManyChat.
• Deploy AI pipelines across CRM, creative generation, messaging channels, and asset production.
• Coordinate schedules and manage dependencies across Copy, Design, CRM, and Growth teams.
• Audit legacy workflows and simplify to lean, repeatable processes.
• Evaluate and manage no-code platforms and third-party vendors.
• Define metrics and reporting to track pipeline velocity and gains.
