Pencil is seeking an Architecting Creative Brain to bridge creative intent and machine execution across text, image, and video. You will design robust, scalable agent architectures and workflows to serve global brands and diverse clients.

You will collaborate with AI Engineering and Product teams to determine best practices for prompting, RAG, or fine-tuning, while ensuring fidelity to brand DNA and complex creative logic.

Formación

• 3+ years of direct GenAI experience with LLMs and multimodal models.
• Ability to think about latent space, context window, and pipeline handoffs.
• Proficiency with Python, JSON structures, and API documentation; experience with orchestration frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Architect multi-agent workflows, including task decomposition, state management, and tool-use (RAG, API integration).
• Implement rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure and improve agent performance at scale.
• Develop reusable agents and prompt libraries to scale to 1,000+ brands with unique voices.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering and Product teams to decide prompting vs RAG vs fine-tuning approaches.
• Lead complex client deployments translating creative briefs into deterministic AI workflows.
