Nortal is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams in delivering business-critical initiatives across the product development organization. You will drill into data and trade-offs to identify direction, navigating ambiguity to keep projects moving forward.

The role emphasizes autonomous work style, collaboration with product and engineering leads, and a strong focus on delivering value to clients in a global remote environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management with software engineering teams.
• 5+ years at a technology company, preferably SaaS.
• 3+ years leading software development projects with schedules and deadlines.
• Experience using iterative or agile methodologies.
• Proven track record delivering programs across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project planning, road mapping and issue tracking tools - JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Roadmunk.
• Advanced English level required for work with US clients.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end program planning and execution across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Support strategic cross-functional planning, guiding discovery and prioritization with product and engineering leads.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define milestones, track progress, and manage risks.
• Remove impediments to maintain momentum and balance priorities.
• Translate requirements into technical specs for software development and deployment.
• Define technical architecture and support integration efforts.
• Document plans for cross-team initiatives and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Develop and monitor product and team metrics and operational improvements.
• Establish templates and best practices to standardize project management.
