Dev.Pro, a remote-first global IT team, is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a highly technical environment. In this individual contributor role, you'll drive delivery across multiple teams, manage dependencies and risks, remove blockers, and ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders.

You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, and product teams, own project status updates, and help scale enterprise software initiatives

Formación

• 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience in software development.
• Experience managing enterprise software projects across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
• Ability to understand and discuss software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, and CI/CD.
• Experience working with engineering, architecture, and product teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and independence, with the ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and work effectively under pressure.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level.

Responsabilidades

• Drive complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams.
• Coordinate Product Managers, Architects, Team Leads, Scrum Masters, and external stakeholders.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• Facilitate technical discussions, remove blockers, and help resolve delivery challenges.
• Clearly communicate project status, risks, and decisions to technical and business stakeholders.
• Support production releases and large-scale product initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and cross-team collaboration.
