BairesDev is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee the execution of large-scale technical initiatives, ensuring alignment between engineering capabilities and business objectives while driving operational excellence across diverse teams.

You will maintain clear visibility on progress and risk, coordinate complex programs, and guide roadmaps; the role is 100% remote with flexible hours, USD compensation, home setup, and a culture of mentorship and growth across a global Top 1% talent

Formación

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management or engineering leadership.
• Experience coordinating complex programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical literacy with engineering or systems architecture background.
• Hands-on in defining strategy and roadmaps at scale.
• Excellent cross-team coordination and stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Orchestrate the delivery of complex technical programs from inception to completion across multiple departments.
• Define and refine program roadmaps, ensuring technical strategies are translated into actionable project milestones.
• Facilitate high-level technical discussions to resolve dependencies and streamline inter-team collaboration.
• Establish robust program management frameworks to maintain quality and efficiency at scale.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparent updates on project health and technical risks.
• Optimize engineering workflows by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable process improvements.
