Able builds AI-native software with a portfolio approach. We seek a Technical Program Manager to drive AI and software programs across engineering, product, and partner teams—owning timelines, dependencies, and communications.

You should be comfortable with system design discussions and ensuring delivery stays on track in a fast-moving environment. This 100% remote LatAm role emphasizes strong English communication, proactive risk management, and collaboration with senior TPMs and the hiring

Formación

• 3–5 years in Technical Program Management or related cross-functional roles.
• Able to engage in technical discussions, read architecture diagrams, and identify execution risks.
• Working familiarity with APIs, cloud basics, version control, CI/CD, and Agile delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Drive one or more AI and software delivery programs through planning, execution, and launch.
• Own program schedules, execution plans, and cross-functional alignment to ensure delivery commitments.
• Track risks and dependencies; communicate status clearly to stakeholders.
• Coordinate work across backend, frontend, ML/AI, and data streams to keep handoffs smooth.
