OneSeven Tech is an AI-enabled software agency based in Miami with 9 years building AI-driven products. We seek a Solutions Architect and Team Lead to own MCP project architecture, lead the technical team, and be the client’s main technical voice.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle role with strong ownership from day one. You will shape cloud-native AWS architecture, mentor engineers, and drive MCP, RAG, and agentic workflows across the stack.

Formación

• 5–6+ years in Team Lead and Solutions Architect roles with hands-on design and coding.
• 2–3+ years hands-on AI work with LLMs, RAG, and orchestration frameworks.
• Direct MCP experience or building agent-to-tool integrations for MCP infrastructure.
• Expert AWS across Lambda, S3, API Gateway, ECS/Fargate, SQS and Cognito.
• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent) required.
• Advanced Terraform and Docker with CI/CD via GitHub Actions.
• Strong Python for pipelines and APIs; Java backend knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Vector Databases, metadata schemas, and hybrid search.
• Excellent English communication for exec and technical discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Architectural Ownership — cloud-native AWS architecture for the MCP project with security and scalability.
• Technical Team Leadership — lead engineers/AI specialists, stay hands-on with code and reviews.
• Client-Facing Technical Voice — serve as the primary technical contact translating decisions into value.
• Strategic AI Implementation — define agentic workflows, RAG, and MCP-based integrations.
• Quality & Mentorship — conduct code reviews, set best practices, and lead technical interviews.
