Kelly Services is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the Americas in a fully remote role. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, focusing on sourcing, screening, outreach, and offers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will build proactive sourcing strategies, conduct structured screens, and drive outbound engagement across product and engineering teams. Excellent English communication is essential.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting software engineers and other technical talent.
• Experience supporting product and engineering teams.
• Strong candidate-facing experience and ability to manage end-to-end recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions from intake through offer.
• Attend intake meetings to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent.
• Conduct structured candidate screens via phone and video to assess skills and fit.
• Drive outbound engagement through calling, messaging, and email outreach.
• Deliver a consistent, positive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within ATS systems (Avature, Workday, or similar).
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and overall recruiting effectiveness.
