Kelly Services is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the Americas in a fully remote role. You will handle end-to-end recruiting for technical profiles, including sourcing, screening, outreach, and offers, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Experience with Product and Engineering teams is highly valued.

This position emphasizes high-volume hiring, strong communication with candidates, and building robust pipelines across multiple requisitions.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting Software Engineers and other technical talent.
• Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations.
• Strong candidate-facing experience with ability to manage full-cycle recruiting end-to-end.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
• Passionate about sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions from intake through offer.
• Attend intake meetings to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive talent.
• Conduct structured candidate screens via phone and video to assess skills and fit.
• Drive outbound engagement through calling, messaging, and email outreach.
• Deliver a consistent, positive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within ATS systems (Avature, Workday, or similar).
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and overall recruiting effectiveness.
