The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Recruiter to partner with senior recruiters, source top candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct initial screens.

This remote role supports a global client base and emphasizes delivering a best‑in‑class candidate experience. You’ll leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels to source candidates, coordinate interviews with multiple stakeholders, and keep records up to date in the ATS.

Formación

• 2-3+ years of recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or RPO).
• Proven sourcing across platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Experience coordinating interviews with multiple stakeholders.
• On-camera presence and strong English communication.
• Comfort with AI tools to support recruiting workflows.
• Remote work capability and self-starter attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Source qualified candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct initial candidate screens via Zoom.
• Support senior recruiters with day-to-day recruiting tasks and administrative workflows.
• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in the ATS.
• Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and recruiting workflows.
