Kelly is seeking a remote Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries, focusing on high-volume roles in North America. You will source passive candidates, conduct structured screens, and manage offers while partnering with hiring managers and TA leadership.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and a positive candidate experience. Location is remote (Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia) with a Monday–Friday EST schedule.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting environments is required.
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries and the continental United States.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from outreach through offer acceptance.
• Manage a high-volume requisition load with quality and speed.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent.
• Conduct structured candidate screens via phone and video.
• Drive outbound engagement through calls, messages, and email outreach.
• Present and manage offers, including candidate communication and negotiation support.
• Partner with hiring managers and TA leadership to align on needs and priorities.
• Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the process.
