Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple business lines. This fully remote role spans the Americas and requires you to align your schedule with Pacific Time.

You will source, screen, and engage candidates, maintain records in Bullhorn, and partner with hiring managers to ensure an inclusive selection process. Join a team focused on integrity, collaboration, and changing lives.

Formación

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume or operational hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency.
• Experience sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Working knowledge of ATS systems (Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of employment practices and recruiting compliance is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Kelly's Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn).
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and over all fit.
• Partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a consistent, fair, and inclusive selection process.
• Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Supporting recruiting metrics and reporting to help drive continuous process improvement.
• Building talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.
