Kelly Services is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the Americas in a fully remote role. You will own full-cycle recruiting for technical profiles, from sourcing and screening to offer management, with a sharp focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You'll partner with Product and Engineering teams, build proactive pipelines, and manage multiple high-priority requisitions while ensuring clean, compliant ATS documentation.

Formación

• 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Proven success recruiting software engineers and technical talent.
• Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations.
• Strong candidate-facing experience with end-to-end recruiting.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail with accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions from intake through offer.
• Attend intake meetings to define recruiting strategies.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent.
• Conduct structured candidate screens via phone and video.
• Drive outbound engagement through calls, messages, and email outreach.
• Deliver a consistent, positive, and engaging candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ATS activity records.
