Job summary

Puntorojo is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America region, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and other GTM roles. This remote, LATAM-based position requires taking ownership from alignment with hiring managers through to offer rollout and driving search processes to directly impact growth.

You will build sourcing strategies, conduct screening conversations, and guide candidates through the interview process

Qualifications

• Must own end-to-end recruitment from outreach to offer
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required
• Strong candidate screening and behavioral evaluation skills
• Familiarity with modern ATS, preferably ADP or similar

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, expectations, and timelines.
• Build proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Guide candidates through the interview process to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Manage ATS data integrity (including ADP) and track progress to optimize sourcing.
