Digital Executive is seeking a remote Staff Accountant / Tax Professional to support a U.S.-based client and align with U.S. Eastern Time hours. The role emphasizes strong accounting experience, U.S.

GAAP knowledge, and effective English communication in a fully remote setting. The ideal candidate will handle financial statements, journal entries, tax return support, and month-end close while collaborating closely with the U.S. team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with U.S.-based clients
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP principles and tax concepts
• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable working remotely

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
• Record and review adjusting journal entries
• Support preparation of U.S. individual and business tax returns
• Perform account reconciliations and analyze financial information
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate with the U.S.-based team for review and sign-off
