Candidates should have 3+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting or a related field, knowledge of U.S. GAAP, and strong English skills to collaborate with the U.S. team in a fully remote setup. This position is fully remote with ongoing opportunities for growth within the firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally supporting U.S.-based clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and basic tax concepts.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Comfortable aligning with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and schedules.
• Record and review adjusting journal entries.
• Support preparation of U.S. individual and business tax returns.
• Perform account reconciliations and analyze financial information.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Collaborate closely with the U.S.-based team for review and sign-off.
