atomic HR is a recruiting startup helping Latin America talent land remote roles with US/Canada startups and agencies. This entry-level role focuses on outbound talent outreach, crafting personalized messages, posting roles, and shortlisting candidates.

You’ll work with AI tools and a dedicated sourcing platform to scale while keeping a human touch. You won’t need prior recruiting experience; you’ll be mentored as you learn the talent side and build a scalable pipeline for diverse roles across

Responsibilities
