No recruiting experience is required; you’ll be mentored while learning the talent side, with access to advanced sourcing platforms and AI to move faster at scale.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people see them.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to.
• Keep the pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume with a personal touch.
• Track what's working and adjust approach when data indicates.
