Responsibilities

• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and opening messages to boost replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right candidates see them.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to.
• Maintain a clean, organized pipeline and follow up with candidates.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while preserving a personal touch.
• Track what works and adjust approach based on data.
