Responsabilidades

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
• Post roles so the right people see them and apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep the pipeline organized and follow up to prevent losses.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volumes without losing personal touch.
• Track performance and adapt strategies based on data.
