You'll learn to source across marketing and creative fields, post roles, and manage a growing pipeline with AI tools, with mentorship on the talent side.

Responsabilidades

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach; test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people actually apply.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to work through a large volume while keeping a personal touch.
• Track what's working and adjust your approach based on data.
