No recruiting experience required; you will learn the talent side with real tools, including a dedicated sourcing platform. Part-time hours (20–30/wk) with USD compensation and US-time overlap.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify and target ideal candidates across roles and industries.
• Ability to write personalized outreach messages that convert.
• Comfort with writing to strangers in a human, non-template style.

Responsibilities

• Research roles to understand the ideal candidate and sourcing channels.
• Write and test outreach messages to lift replies.
• Post and promote roles to attract the right applicants.
• Review applicants and shortlist candidates for next steps.
• Keep the candidate pipeline organized and follow up diligently.
• Leverage AI/tools for scalable sourcing while maintaining personal touch.
• Track performance and adapt strategies based on data.
